Mark Henderson

Mark Henderson has a strong background in project financing and infrastructure investment, with a focus on the power and renewable energy sector. Mark served as the Chief Investment Officer for GRIDSERVE Sustainable Energy Limited, where they were responsible for sourcing equity and debt to fuel the company's growth. Mark also has extensive experience in the non-profit sector, as a Trustee and Chair of the Board of Trustees for Pure Leapfrog, a charity that supports community energy projects. Mark has held various roles in banking and investment firms such as Spring Park Capital, Temporis Capital LLP, Greencoat Capital LLP, LDC, Investec Bank, Societe Generale London, and Dresdner Kleinwort Benson, where they specialized in power and renewables, project finance, and cleantech investment.

Mark Henderson earned a BA (Hons) degree from the University of Reading, studying from 1983 to 1986. Before that, they attended Stowe School.
