Micha Eshchar

Micha Eshchar is a highly experienced water engineer and expert in water treatment with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Water Engineer and DNS Manager at Grieg Seafood since July 2022, Micha oversees operations related to inlet streams, wastewater management, and the sanitization of outlet streams. Prior to this role, extensive experience includes positions such as Water Treatment Expert at AquaMaof Aquaculture Technologies Ltd., where design and support of denitrification systems were a focus, and Owner of AOP-Tech, responsible for the design and integration of customized water treatment systems. Other notable contributions include serving as CTO at Aqua Purity, securing significant grants, and tackling sulfur removal in biogas as an Entrepreneur at ClimateLaunchpad. Micha's career foundation includes engineering roles at Atlantium Technologies and a pioneering management role at Ornamental Fish Farm. Education includes a BSc in Agricultural Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology and matriculation in Environmental Studies.
