Franky van Herk

Franky van Herk is an experienced logistics professional with over three decades in the industry. Currently serving as the EU Logistics Manager at Griffith Foods since February 2017, Franky is responsible for the selection, management, and monitoring of hauliers for product delivery across Europe, as well as managing the European logistics budget. Prior to this role, Franky worked as Network Director at Aircargobook from May 2014 to June 2016, focusing on creating a network of road carriers and forwarding partners. Franky’s extensive experience at DHL Aviation, spanning from June 1990 to January 2014, involved multiple positions, including Road Schedule Manager EU, where oversight of the European Express road schedule was a key responsibility, and Road Transport Operations Manager, managing daily planning of international road movements. Franky began a career in logistics with a foundation in operations supervision and has demonstrated a strong commitment to efficiency and performance optimization throughout the career.
