Trish Bruce

Trish Bruce has worked in various roles in the food industry, starting as a nutritionist at Coborns Inc in 1985. Trish then transitioned to an Instructor role at the College of St Benedict/St Johns University before becoming an R&D manager at Appert's Foodservice. Trish later served as an Account Manager at Wixon before their current position as a Business Development Manager at Griffith Foods since October 2021.
