Ali Fazal

Ali Fazal is the VP of Marketing at GRIN. Prior to their current role, they served as the Senior Director of Marketing at hibob and the Director of Marketing and Demand Generation at Yotpo.

At Hibob, Ali led a globally dispersed team of talented marketeers responsible for outbound marketing efforts, conferences, events, tradeshows, and other field marketing domains. Ali also oversaw Hibob's Account-Based Marketing (ABM) program globally.

As the Director of Marketing and Demand Generation at Yotpo, Ali managed a team of 8 marketers across offices in New York and Tel Aviv. Ali was responsible for leading Yotpo's customer acquisition engine and for developing, planning, and executing multi-channel campaigns designed to acquire new customers in SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise audience segments.

Under Ali's direction, the Yotpo marketing team generated over 2MM from demand generation campaigns, an increase of over 100% from 2017 to 2018. Ali also successfully scaled Yotpo's demand generation engine from mono-segments to covering growth for all audiences and demographics within Yotpo's total addressable market.

In addition to their work in marketing, Ali also led Business Development at Yotpo, scaling the team from 14 to 36 BDRs in multiple territories, segments, and geographies.

Ali Fazal completed their undergraduate degree at the University of Houston, where they majored in communications with a focus in marketing.
