Wayne Tzou

Wayne Tzou has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Wayne started their career at FarEasTone Telecom in 1998, where they held the role of Assistant Manager and later became a Manager. In these positions, they led teams, managed network performance and services, and implemented various systems and technologies to improve customer experience and network efficiency.

In 2013, Wayne joined Tangent International as a Solution Architect Consultant and worked there until 2020. During this time, they provided expertise in designing and implementing solutions, specializing in network architecture and performance analysis.

Since 2020, Wayne has been employed at Groundhog Technologies as a Technical Director and later promoted to the role of Director of Product Management. Their responsibilities include leading product management initiatives and overseeing technical aspects of the company's operations.

Throughout their career, Wayne has demonstrated strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a focus on customer satisfaction. Wayne has implemented innovative solutions, such as the establishment of network geolocation systems and the development of automated mechanisms to improve network efficiency.

Wayne Tzou obtained a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from National Chiao Tung University, where they studied from 1990 to 1994. Wayne then pursued a Master's degree in Telecommunications Engineering at the same institution from 1994 to 1996.
