Alicia Goodyear

Alicia Goodyear has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Alicia is currently working at Group Black as the Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition & People Operations. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Talent Acquisition at Group Black. Alicia also worked at ViacomCBS as a Manager of Talent Acquisition from 2019 to 2021. Alicia spent a significant portion of their career at CBS Interactive as a Senior Recruiting Partner in Talent Acquisition from 2011 to 2019. Before that, they worked at Pixar Animation Studios as a Senior Recruiter from 2008 to 2010. Alicia gained valuable recruiting experience at Google, where they worked as a Recruiter from 2006 to 2008. Alicia also worked as a National Account Executive at Brigata International from 2004 to 2006. Earlier in their career, they held the position of Global Account Executive at MCI/Worldcom and Senior Technical Recruiter at Hall Kinion.

Alicia Goodyear began their education in 1992 at UC Santa Barbara, where they studied for two years but did not earn a degree. Alicia later attended San Francisco State University from 1995 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology.
