Kevin Tian has an extensive work experience spanning across various companies and roles. Kevin began their career as a Marketing and Events Coordinator at Milaa in 2013. Kevin then worked as a Marketing Research Assistant at Rotman School of Management for seven years and also served as a Teaching Assistant and Alumni Network Research Assistant during that time. In 2015, they joined Lumenix as a Team Lead, Marketing & Inside Sales, where they were promoted twice and managed a team of six. In 2018, they briefly worked as a Marketing Manager at Knectek Labs Inc.

From 2019 to 2022, Kevin worked at Venus Concept as a Digital Marketing Manager and later as a Digital Marketing Specialist. Kevin played a key role in executing the company's global B2B and B2C digital marketing strategies, managing marketing automation tools, and overseeing content creation processes.
