Kalad Shah

Kalad Shah began their work experience in 2000 as a Regional Controller at Schroders, where they were responsible for corporate accounting, monthly and quarterly reporting, capital adequacy testing, fee modeling, and product profitability analysis. Kalad also handled year-end and VAT accounting. In 2001, they joined Deutsche Bank as an Assistant Vice President, focusing on M&A and Corporate Finance. Their responsibilities included MIS reporting for revenues and financial modeling.

In 2005, Shah moved to MUFG as the Director and Head of Financial Planning, overseeing financial planning activities for the company. Kalad then joined Pantheon Ventures in 2014 as the Head of Financial Planning, where they managed financial planning operations until 2019.

Lastly, Shah is currently employed at GROW® Group PLC since 2020. Kalad initially served as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) until 2023 and then transitioned into a part-time role as the Financial Controller.

Kalad Shah obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Bristol between 1991 and 1994.
