Blake Erickson

Director, Payor Partnerships at Grow Therapy

Blake Erickson has held various roles throughout their work experience. Blake started their career as the Director of Student Ministries at Hope Church from August 2008 to February 2010. Following that, they worked as a Case Manager at Our Family Services from September 2010 to March 2012. Blake then joined HealthSouth as a Regional Business Supervisor from March 2012 to July 2014.

In 2014, Blake joined Humana and held multiple roles including Management Consultant from August 2014 to March 2017, Corporate Strategy Consultant from March 2017 to March 2018, Strategy Lead from March 2018 to April 2020, and Director of Product Strategy from April 2020 to March 2022.

After their tenure at Humana, Blake moved to DaVita Kidney Care as the Director of Partnership Strategy and Development from March 2022 to March 2023. Currently, they are working at Grow Therapy as the Director of Payor Partnerships since March 2023.

Blake Erickson's education history is as follows:

From 2004 to 2008, Blake attended the University of Arizona, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Near Eastern Studies.

In 2009 and 2010, Blake attended Pima Community College to obtain a Teaching Certification in Secondary Education and Teaching.

From 2011 to 2013, Blake enrolled at Grand Canyon University and completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Health/Health Care Administration/Management.

In November 2020, Blake obtained a certification as a Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 from SuccessHACKER.
