Robert Curtis has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Sales Assistant and Software Technical Assistant at Aroyan, Inc. in 2014.

Robert then worked at HubSpot, where they began as a Support Engineer, troubleshooting technical, sales, and marketing issues for customers. Robert later took on the role of Senior Support Engineer, Team Lead, and Coach, mentoring new hires and ensuring consistent product knowledge. Robert then became a Senior Support Specialist and Team Mentor, where they developed and refined a program framework to enhance the skillset and professional progression of mentees. Curtis also worked as a Customer Solutions Specialist, developing a new framework and resources for new sales user outreach and conducting user research to inform HubSpot's future investments.

Robert subsequently joined Zaius as a Product Enablement Specialist, maintaining product documentation, defining learning paths, and creating training packages.

Curtis then worked at Privy, initially as a Knowledgebase Manager, where they implemented a style guide for customer training resources and established a ticketing process for content creation. Robert then became the Manager of Customer Enablement, planning and scoping opportunities for the new Customer Enablement Team.

Most recently, Curtis joined Grow Therapy as an Operation Knowledge Manager in 2023.

Robert Curtis attended Thayer Academy from 2006 to 2010, and then went on to earn a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Information Design and Corporate Communications from Bentley University, where they studied from 2010 to 2014.
