Lukasz Kolada has diverse work experience in the field of data science and research. Lukasz is currently employed as a Data Scientist at Growth Intelligence since December 2021. Previously, Lukasz worked at Nethone as a Data Scientist from January 2020 to November 2021, where they played a key role in reducing fraud in the digital lending industry through building machine learning models and data analytics. Lukasz also contributed to the development of Nethone's internal Python package. Prior to this, Lukasz worked as a Junior Data Scientist at Nethone from October 2018 to December 2019, where they were involved in various tasks related to improving Nethone's performance and expanding their expertise. Before joining Nethone, Lukasz gained experience as a Researcher at GfK from December 2016 to June 2018. Lukasz also worked as a Data Scientist Freelancer at Spicy Mobile from February 2018 to May 2018. In 2017, Lukasz attended a Data Science Bootcamp at Sages, where they gained practical experience in various technologies and completed a final project on deceitful headlines detection and fake news classification using NLP algorithms. Lukasz started their career as a Research Executive at TNS Polska in May 2016 and held various roles within the company, including Junior Research Executive and Research Trainee, until November 2016. In 2011, they interned at the European Academy of Diplomacy. Overall, Lukasz Kolada possesses a solid background in data science, research, and analytics, with a focus on fraud detection and machine learning algorithms.

Lukasz Kolada completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations and Politics at the University of Essex between 2008 and 2012. During their undergraduate studies, they also participated in the Erasmus Exchange Scheme at the University of Mannheim, where they pursued studies in Internationalen Beziehungen from 2010 to 2011. Subsequently, Lukasz pursued a Master of Science degree in Conflict Resolution and Governance at the University of Amsterdam, which they completed between 2012 and 2013.

In addition to their formal education, Lukasz obtained a certification in Deep Learning Nanodegree from Udacity in July 2021.
