Kenneth Madsen

Kenneth Madsen has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Kenneth began their career as a Director at MVDS Webdesign, where they developed web solutions for small and medium-sized businesses. Kenneth then worked as a Test & Verification Engineer at Siemens Mobile and later at BenQ Denmark ApS. Following this, Kenneth joined Kerberos Games as a Director before taking on the role of User Experience Designer at Motorola Denmark.

In 2008, Kenneth started their tenure at Siemens Wind Power/Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy where they held various positions including Senior Project Manager, Head of Global Technical Training, and Internal Account Manager. During their time at Siemens, they executed numerous projects and was responsible for the implementation of MES solutions and technology development.

In 2017, Kenneth joined VELUX as a Senior Project Manager in Product Development, focusing on new product introduction and project maturation. Kenneth then returned to Siemens Gamesa in 2017 as a Senior Project Manager for SCM Blades Aalborg Plant, focusing on MES implementation.

Most recently, Kenneth worked at GRUNDFOS as a Lead Project Manager for the Grundfos Business System (GBS) program. Kenneth also served as a Senior Benefit Manager for AME Traceability, ensuring the realization of benefits and value from Traceability initiatives.

Throughout their career, Kenneth has demonstrated strong project management skills, resource management, stakeholder engagement, and communication abilities. Kenneth has experience in driving operational project management, leading program deployment projects, and developing processes and planning for traceability systems. Kenneth has also mentored and overseen the project governance of less experienced colleagues.

Kenneth Madsen's education history includes a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Aalborg University (2014-2016), Six Sigma Certified Green Belt from IASSC (2013), Business Administration and Management studies at People Business Management 2 (2012), Project Manager certification from Act2Learn (2008-2009), and high school education with a focus on English, Mathematics, and Chemistry from Aalborg Katedral Skole. In terms of additional certifications, they have obtained the Workshopper Master certification from AJ&Smart, EFQM Organisational Change Leader Training from EFQM, LCS 1a - Green Certification Assessment from Simpler Consulting, PRINCE2® Foundation Certification Training from PeopleCert, and various other certifications related to project management, safety, and agile methodologies.
