Biyan Belinda

Biyan Belinda is currently working as the Head of People at AMODA and a Training Facilitator at Talenesia and G-Trust Learning. Previously, Biyan worked as a Compensation and Benefits Lead at Pinhome. With a background in Engineering/Industrial Management from Institut Teknologi Bandung, Biyan has a wealth of experience in HR roles, including managing employee benefits, processing payroll, and developing HR policies and procedures. Biyan's expertise also extends to areas such as onboarding, performance appraisal, and global mobility. Biyan has consistently shown a dedication to ensuring smooth project execution and developing initiatives to meet the current and future business needs.
