Director of Customer Success at Guusto

Emma Wang has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Emma is currently the Director of Customer Success at Guusto since March 2022, where they lead a team to empower People Operations and HR leaders in creating meaningful employee recognition programs. Prior to this, Emma worked as a Customer Success Manager at Guusto since November 2019.

Before joining Guusto, Emma worked as a Graphic Designer at Kainoco from April 2018 to March 2019. In this role, they were responsible for UI/UX design for websites and applications, as well as designing a mobile app prototype presented to Oprah Winfrey.
