Arnaldo Ortega has extensive experience in sales and account management roles in various software and technology companies. Arnaldo is currently working as the Head of Sales - ServiceNow at GWCloud since 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Solution Sales Executive at ServiceNow from 2021 to 2022. Before that, they worked at Salesforce as a Senior Account Executive, handling enterprise sales in the healthcare, TTH, and public services sectors. Arnaldo also worked as a Senior Sales Account Manager at SAP Fieldglass and SAP Ariba, where they focused on selling cloud software solutions to large enterprises in various industries. Earlier in their career, Arnaldo worked as an SAP SRM Senior Consultant at GOL Linhas Aéreas Inteligentes and Boehringer Ingelheim, and as a Senior Account Manager and Business Development Manager at Firsteam. Arnaldo started their career at Nestle as an SRM Senior Consultant/Project Manager. Arnaldo's career in the industry began at SAP, where they held positions as SRM Coordinator/Project Lead, SRM Consultant, and Senior Technology Consultant.

Arnaldo Ortega received a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Universidade Estadual de Campinas in 1997. Arnaldo also obtained a degree in Electrical Engineering from USP - Universidade de São Paulo in 1992.
