Ad Davies

Ad Davies has held various roles within the fields of human resources, coaching, and sales. At Gymshark, Ad currently serves as the Head of Performance and Culture, focusing on developing high performing managers and leaders. Prior to this, Ad worked at FANUC UK in human resources and at Leicester City Football Club as an Academy Foundation Phase Coach. Additionally, Ad has experience in sales and coaching through roles at Sporting Touch and Nuneaton Foxes ID. Ad's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Coaching & Development from the University of Derby and a CIPD Level 7 - Advanced Diploma in Human Resources Management from Solihull College.
