Caroline Cozzi

Caroline Cozzi is a skilled professional in community and urban development, currently serving as the Manager of Community and Urban Development at Habitat for Humanity of Broward since May 2023. Prior experience includes a role as Development Associate at Related Group from March 2020 to April 2023, and as Project Engineer at Moss & Associates in 2019. Caroline began their career with internships at SVN | KOVA, Gartner, and Playa Hotels & Resorts, gaining experience in leasing, business development, and marketing. Caroline holds a Master's Degree in Real Estate Development and Urbanism from the University of Miami and a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Florida Gulf Coast University.
