Sezgi Kumbaracıbaşı

Sezgi Kumbaracıbaşı is the Sabancı Group HR Manager and Head of HR at Sabancı Holding, overseeing strategic HR initiatives and end-to-end HR management since October 2019. Responsibilities include organizational development, employer branding, recruitment, compensation, performance management, leadership development, and talent management, while leading a team of six HR professionals. Previous experience includes serving as Group Human Resources Manager at Sabancı Group, where Sezgi re-designed the Group People & Organizational Strategy and led various HR processes, and as HR Manager at Akçansa, managing HR for around 1000 employees and implementing several talent and organizational development programs. Sezgi holds a Master of Science in Environmental Technologies from Boğaziçi University and multiple executive education certificates from Harvard Business School and Columbia Business School.
