Galina Konovalova

Galina Konovalova, CPA, MBA has extensive work experience in various roles in the fields of accounting and finance. Galina started their career as a Tax Preparer at Moreno Enterprises, Inc. in 2005 and later worked as a Senior Audit Staff at Belfint, Lyons & Shuman, P.A. from 2005 to 2007. Galina then served as a Controller at Buchi Corporation from 2007 to 2011, where they provided solutions in laboratory technology for various industries. From 2011 to 2014, they worked as the Director of Finance at Wetherill Associates, Inc., a leading parts manufacturer for the aftermarket. Galina then became the Director of Accounting at Physiotherapy Associates from 2014 to 2015, where they managed accounting operations for a national provider of outpatient rehabilitation services. Galina then joined Shire as an Accounting Manager from 2016 to 2018, focusing on developing and delivering innovative medicines for patients with rare diseases and specialty conditions. Galina's work experience also includes roles at Takeda, where they worked as an Accounting Manager from 2019 to 2020 and as a Global Process Subject Matter Expert for Fixed Assets and GL Accounting from 2020 to 2022. Most recently, they have served as an Associate Director of CapEx/Fixed Assets Accounting and IFRS 16 Leases at Takeda from 2022 to 2023. Galina is currently working as the Security and Controls Workstream Lead at Haemonetics since November 2023.

Galina Konovalova, CPA, MBA, completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from West Chester University of Pennsylvania in 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Accounting from the same university in 2006. Galina also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Applied Mathematics from Volgograd State University, which they earned between 1990 and 1995. Galina Konovalova is a licensed CPA in Delaware and currently holds an active license.
