Jared Dowling

Jared Dowling has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources, particularly in the area of Total Rewards. Jared has held various leadership roles in different companies, including Hallmark Cards, Discovery Channel, Scripps Networks Interactive, CHC Helicopter, Dell, Exult, and D. Hilton Associates.

At Hallmark Cards, Jared currently serves as the VP of H.R. - Total Rewards and Corporate Services. Prior to this, they were the SVP of H.R. - Total Rewards and H.R. Integration Leader at Discovery Channel, and the SVP of H.R. - Head of Total Rewards at Scripps Networks Interactive.

Jared has also held key positions at CHC Helicopter, where they served as the Head of Total Rewards and H.R. Operations, and at Dell, where they worked as the Director of H.R. in roles such as Global Sales Compensation, Total Rewards for the Consumer and Small/Medium Business BU, and Total Rewards in North Asia.

Their earlier career includes roles at Exult and D. Hilton Associates, where they gained experience in total rewards program design and implementation, compensation administration, and market pricing analyses.

Jared Dowling received their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in International/Global Studies from Southwestern University in the period of 1992 to 1996.
