Katie Walsh McCarthy

Katie Walsh McCarthy is currently the Chief Innovation Officer at Halloran Consulting Group, Inc. Katie has held various roles within the company, including Chief Development Officer, Managing Director, Principal Consultant, and Senior Consultant. Prior to joining Halloran, Katie worked at Biogen as an Associate Director in Program & Alliance Management. Katie also has experience in medical research organizational effectiveness and global clinical operations. Katie started their career as a Clinical Research Associate at Massachusetts General Hospital. Katie holds a Change Management Certification from Prosci and is currently pursuing further education at Harvard Business School Online.
