Inga Wendelin

Inga Wendelin has over 20 years of work experience in the field of learning and development. Inga is currently the Director of Learning and Development at Hamilton Island. Prior to this role, they worked at Guzman y Gomez Mexican Kitchen as the Capability Development Lead. Inga also held leadership positions at TFE Hotels and Fitness and Lifestyle Group, where they developed and implemented learning and development strategies for the organizations. Inga has experience in project management, having worked on mental wellness initiatives at Starlight Children's Foundation Australia. Inga's background also includes managing the Learning and Development function at Voyages Indigenous Tourism Australia and lecturing at Hotel Institute Montreux. Inga started their career at Rockpool Dining Group as an Openings and Training Manager.

Inga Wendelin has a degree in Learning and Development from the University of New England (AU). Inga has also obtained several certifications including Certified Trainer from DISC Flow Australia in 2021, Professional Contribution from the Australian Institute of Training & Development - AITD in 2021, Certified Practitioner from Genos International in 2019, Professional Member of the Australian Institute of Training & Development - AITD in 2018, and Certified Practitioner from Everything DiSC: A Wiley Brand in 2017.
