Ray brings more than 15 years of field experience with exceptional leadership and problem-solving skills. Born and raised in Dallas, GA, Ray also has experience as a roofing contractor, allowing him to see the industry with a wide lens. As the VP of National Field Operations, he oversees our regional and field inspectors. Ray interfaces with his team to drive successful daily field operations, meeting carrier expectations. Ray has worked his way up through a distinguished career, receiving numerous awards. He is the recipient of the Hancock Award of Excellence, Hancock Operations Oversight Team Leader Award, Territory Growth winner and Outstanding Achievement Award. Outside of work, Ray enjoys spending time with his wife of over 25 years, Necie and two daughters. He loves to travel and spend time on the water.
