Nadine Chen is an accomplished pastry chef with extensive experience in various prestigious culinary establishments. Currently serving as Head Pastry Chef at Hand Picked Hotels since June 2022, Nadine's previous roles include Junior Pastry Sous Chef and Pastry CDP at Grantley Hall from November 2019 to March 2022, and Pastry Chef de Partie at D&D London from April 2018 to September 2019.
