Juergen Bode Dr.

Dr. Juergen Bode is an Honorary Professor at Hannover Medical School, specializing in the development of chromosome-based cell modification using novel vectors and targeting techniques, with an emphasis on embryonic stem and induced pluripotent stem cell technologies. Prior to this role, Juergen Bode served as a Professor at TU Braunschweig from 1981 to March 2009 and led an epigenetics research group at the Helmholtz Centre for Infection Research from 1974 to 2009. Juergen Bode earned a doctorate in Organic Chemistry from Technische Universität Braunschweig between 1963 and 1971.
