Colleen Shields

Colleen Shields has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Colleen is currently working as a Human Resources Generalist at Harbor Health Services, Inc. starting in October 2022. Previously, they worked at BR+A Consulting Engineers from March 2021 to August 2022, where they led the on and offboarding process for employees in multiple offices nationwide. Before that, Colleen worked at Mitsubishi Electric Research Laboratories as a Lab Administrator from June 2019 to March 2021, where they were responsible for the on and offboarding process of interns. Colleen also has experience as a Human Resource Intern at Six Flags from January 2019 to May 2019, where they assisted with screening potential employees and managing scheduling and payroll inquiries. Additionally, Colleen worked as an Intern at Peace Corps from September 2018 to December 2018, where they conducted research and created a database for mental healthcare providers and contributed to the development of an alcohol program for Peace Corps volunteers.

Colleen Shields obtained their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Westfield State University, which they attended from 2015 to 2019. In 2017, they had the opportunity to study abroad at Dublin City University, focusing on Psychology. In 2018, Colleen participated in an internship program at The Washington Center for Internships and Academic Seminars, furthering their knowledge and skills in the field of Psychology.
