Eric Newcomer

Eric Newcomer is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in the gaming and hospitality industries. Currently serving as Managing Director and General Counsel at Hard Rock Digital since December 2020, Newcomer previously held the position of Senior Vice President of Legal Affairs and Deputy General Counsel at The Stars Group from October 2014 to August 2020. Prior roles include Senior Director of Business Affairs and Associate General Counsel at Hard Rock International from June 2007 to October 2014, Corporate Counsel at Marriott International from June 2006 to May 2007, and Associate at Latham & Watkins from May 2001 to June 2006. Newcomer earned a JD, cum laude, from American University Washington College of Law and a BS in Finance from Miami University.
