Stephen Briggs

Stephen Briggs has a diverse work history, starting with their role as a Flexible Benefits Implementor at Towers Perrin from 2001 to 2006. Stephen then moved on to EDS Group as a Flexible Benefits Implementor and later an Administration Team Leader from 2005 to 2006. Following this, they joined KPMG as a Flexible Benefits Consultant / Manager from 2006 to 2009. Stephen then worked at Mercer as a Client Relationship Manager / Senior Associate - Flex and Pensions from 2009 to 2011. During this time, they managed relationships with existing clients and identified opportunities for business growth. In 2011, they joined Tevamor Ltd as a Senior Consultant, specializing in change management and providing support to clients in various areas. From 2013 to the present, they have been involved with the South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust, serving as a Community First Responder and an Emergency Response Assistant. Currently, they are employed by Hargreaves Lansdown, where they have held various roles, including Lead Workplace Benefits Consultant and Head of Projects and Client Servicing. In their most recent role, they are the Head of Operations for HL Workplace Solutions.

Stephen Briggs holds a BA (Hons) degree in Business Administration from the University of the West of England.
