Arie (Arik) Weizel is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in the media and broadcast industry. As Co-Founder and CTO of G-Mana since September 2020, Arie has been instrumental in driving technological innovations. Simultaneously, Arie has held the position of Director, Products & System Technical Expert at Harmonic since 1999, where responsibilities include understanding customer needs, translating them into architectural specifications, and guiding the engineering development process. Arie's expertise in system architecture is highlighted by leadership in the development of the "PROSTREAM" and "PROSTREAM X" video delivery products, leveraging deep knowledge of video specifications. Additionally, Arie's background includes team leadership in software development, focusing on C/C++ and the design of software cores that remain integral to Harmonic products.
