Elizabeth Dighton

Elizabeth Dighton has extensive experience in human resources and employee relations. Elizabeth most recently served as the Head of HR at Harris Federation since November 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of Employee Relations at London Ambulance Service NHS Trust from February 2020 to November 2021. From April 2008 to February 2020, they worked as the Divisional HR Manager at St George's University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. Elizabeth also has experience as a Regional HR Manager at NHS Blood and Transplant from April 2002 to April 2008, as a Personnel Manager at Imperial War Museums from January 2001 to April 2002, and as a Senior HR Advisor at Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust from July 1999 to January 2001. Elizabeth began their career as a Human Resources Advisor at Riverside Community Healthcare NHS Trust from June 1997 to July 1999.

Elizabeth Dighton's education history begins in 1993 when they enrolled at the University of Keele, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Politics, Philosophy & Economics, completing their studies in 1996. Following this, from 1996 to 1997, they attended the University of Portsmouth, where they obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Management. Finally, in 2008, Elizabeth enrolled at the University of Surrey and completed a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in Employment Law in 2010.
