Ashley Baijnath

Ashley Baijnath has had a diverse range of work experiences. Ashley started their career as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Purdue University in 2015. Ashley then moved on to work at Radical Cosmetics LLC, where they initially served as a Purchasing Manager from May 2016 to June 2017. Ashley later transitioned to the role of Process Engineer, where they played a key role in improving new product introduction, analyzing workflow and processes, and resolving manufacturing issues. Ashley worked in this position from June 2017 to January 2021. Currently, Ashley is working as an R&D Program Manager for New Product Innovation at Harry's, Inc., a position they have held since May 2021.

Ashley Baijnath began their education at East Brunswick High School, where they studied from 2009 to 2012. After completing high school, they went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Nuclear Engineering at Purdue University. Ashley attended Purdue University from 2012 to 2016 and successfully obtained their Bachelor's degree in this field of study.
