A highly decorated military veteran, Raymond spent the first several years of his career on active duty with the US Army Special Operations Command. With more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources and in developing global policy and talent strategies, in July 2000 Raymond transitioned into the civilian sector wherehe reached the executive leadership level in companies such as Cargill, International Paper Company, Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) and most recently Boeing.

Raymond has also a strong international outlook, having lived and worked across Asia, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America and is an MBA graduate of the Pepperdine University Graziadio Business School where he is also a Board Director. He currently serves as a director on the US Congressional Awards Board, the only charity of the United States Congress.
