Mira Nalbandian is a Research Assistant at Harvard Radcliffe Institute, focusing on the risks of pre-trial incarceration as part of the Radcliffe Research Partnership. Mira has held multiple editorial positions, including Associate Editor and Staff Writer for Harvard Political Review and Staff Writer for The Harvard Crimson. Active in community leadership, Mira serves as Chapter Vice President for the Granite City "Antranig" Chapter of the Armenian Youth Federation Eastern Region and is an officer in the Armenian Student Association at Harvard College. Previous experience includes intern work at Orleans Public Defenders, assisting with client services, as well as a research assistant role at the Weatherhead Center for International Affairs, exploring urban studies and gender. Mira's academic journey at Harvard University focuses on Social Studies and English, complemented by international experiences through the Center for University Programs Abroad.
