Jessica Tarrant

Jessica Tarrant has experience in customer care, sales, and retail. Currently working at Harwoods Ltd as a Customer Care Executive, Jessica handles inbound and outbound telephone calls to meet customer needs, sell products, and collect feedback. Prior to this, Jessica worked at Jones Bootmaker as a Senior Sales Assistant, where Jessica trained and coached staff to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales targets. Jessica also has experience as a Sales Assistant at Debenhams, where Jessica assisted customers, handled payments, and managed complaints. Jessica attended Cranbourne Business and Enterprise College for their education.
