Sebastian Weiss

Sebastian Weiss serves as the Regional Vice President for DACH at HashiCorp since February 2022, focusing on enhancing cloud operating models for enterprises by promoting self-service automation and DevOps practices. With a robust career spanning over a decade, Sebastian co-founded Swentures UG in 2012 and held various leadership positions at renowned companies, including Data & AI Lead for Financial Services at Microsoft, EMEA Head of Business Development at Scale AI, and Head of Digital Natives at Google. Experience also includes advising roles at Contentful and managing director positions at Mirantis. Sebastian has an academic background in Wirtschaftsinformatik with a Diplom from Verwaltungs- und Wirtschaftsakademie, earned between 2004 and 2007.
