Akos Piffko

Akos Piffko has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Akos co-founded FAYNT in 2021, where they serve as the Co-Founder and Managing Director. Prior to that, they co-founded and held the role of Co-Founder and Managing Director at AVA & MAY, a position they have held since 2018. In the same year, Akos also co-founded Hashtag You as the Co-Founder and Managing Director. From 2015, they served as the Founder and CEO of Spark Investments GmbH. Before that, they co-founded Natural Mojo in 2015 and successfully exited the company to Capital D (PE) in December 2017. Akos was also the Founder and CEO of MEDIWINGS in 2015. In 2014, they gained experience at Rocket Internet AG as a Global Product Management Working Student for Lamudi GmbH and in Global Venture Development for Clickbus Germany GmbH. In 2013, they worked as an Entrepreneur in Residence Intern at foodspring. Akos started their career as an International Campaign Manager at Buzzer - International Word of Mouth Marketing Agency in 2011. Akos also had a role as a Team Leader at Wesser Limited in the same year.

Akos Piffko has a strong educational background in business and entrepreneurship. Akos obtained a Master in Management degree with a focus on Entrepreneurship and Environmental Management & Sustainability from ESCP Business School, where they studied from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, they pursued an MA (Hons) degree in Business Studies with a concentration in Marketing at The University of Edinburgh from 2007 to 2011. In 2009 to 2010, Akos spent a year at Emory University - Goizueta Business School as part of an exchange program for their BBA degree, where they studied Marketing & Sales.

In addition to their formal education, Akos Piffko also holds a Google AdWords Certification (basic & advanced) obtained from Google in November 2014, demonstrating their expertise in online advertising.
