With over 35 years’ experience of providing customer facing services, Brian is responsible for Customer Services, Revenues and Benefits, Election Services, Corporate Support, Local Land Charges, Address Management and Research and Insight.
A Fellow of the Institute of Revenues, Rating and Valuation, Brian is focussed on using customer insight to develop new ways of delivering services and deploying modern, cost-efficient technologies to improve customer satisfaction and insight.
