Haylie Marchant

Haylie Marchant is currently serving as the Managing Partner and Executive Director at Red Havas AU, Australia's leading PR, social, and brand experience agency. Prior to this, she founded The PR Toolkit, a platform empowering small and medium-sized businesses to do their own PR. With a background in leading strategic capabilities at Haystac as National Head of Strategy and General Manager in Brisbane, Haylie has a strong foundation in public relations. She also has experience in founding and directing Catalyst Communications Consulting, Inc, a boutique PR agency in the US, and has worked in various roles in the public relations and communications field across different industries. Haylie holds a Masters in Business, Public Relations from QUT and a Bachelor of Business Management with a focus on Marketing, Human Resource Management, and Industrial Relations from The University of Queensland.
