Bata Senapati

Bata Senapati, CPIM CSCP, has extensive work experience in supply chain and technology leadership roles. Bata started their career at Tata Consultancy Services, where they gained experience in software engineering, project management, and consulting. After that, they worked at S3C, Inc, leading successful implementations of Oracle E-business suites. Bata then joined KPMG as a Manager, Consulting, where they provided management consulting and system integration leadership for global customers in various industries. Bata also worked at Abbott, managing the worldwide implementation of S&OP solutions. At HAVI, they held several leadership positions, including Director of Technology Solutions, Director of Global Infrastructure, and Senior Director of SC Business Applications. In their most recent role as Vice President of IT Product Delivery, Bata led a global SC Technology team and managed an annual budget of $40 million. Throughout their career, Bata has demonstrated strong leadership, delivery, operational, and financial skills in implementing supply chain planning solutions using various software platforms.

Bata Senapati, CPIM CSCP, holds a Master's degree in Production Sc. & Tech (Mech Engg) from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Jalpaiguri Government Engineering College. In addition, Bata has obtained several certifications including Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) from APICS in 2008 and Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) from APICS in 2000. Bata also holds various certifications from LinkedIn, including "Jeff Weiner on Leading like a CEO," "Chief Technology Officer Career Guide," "Become an Inclusive Leader," and "Leading Your Org on a Journey of Allyship," obtained in 2022.
