Rosa Estay has extensive experience in supply chain management, currently serving as Senior Manager Supply Chain Planning at Hayco since December 2019, after a significant tenure at Rockwell Automation from January 2007 to December 2019, where roles included Supply Chain Manager and Logistics & Warehouse Lead. Rosa's background encompasses leadership in logistics operations, team management, and strategic planning to enhance supply chain efficiency and cost reduction. Previous positions include Master Scheduler and Operations Coordinator, addressing production scheduling and new product introduction activities. Rosa's educational qualifications include CPIM certification in Production and Inventory Management from APICS, a Supply Chain degree from Marquette University, and a Master Executive in Logistics from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra, complemented by a Bachelor of Business Administration from Universidad Central del Este.
