Connie Valencia, MBA, PMP, CIA has a wealth of experience in the business and operations field. Connie began their career in 1998 as an Audit Associate for Arthur Andersen (1885 -> 2002) Official. In 2002, they moved to Norwegian Cruise Lines as a Sr. Internal Auditor. In 2004, they joined Grant Thornton as a Manager Business Advisory Services, where they assisted in the successful start-up of the Business Advisory Services for the South Florida practice and managed the internal audit/process consulting services for the South Florida and Caribbean market. In 2005, they became a Miami Chapter Board Member/Regional & District Leader - Volunteer for The Institute of Internal Auditors Inc. In 2008, they returned to Elevate as a Principal. In 2013, they joined Office Depot as a Director of Business Process Improvement. In 2014, they moved to FirstService as a Director of Process Improvement. In 2018, they returned to Elevate as an Advisor - Director, Director of Process Improvement and Senior Information Technology Program Manager - Independent Contractor. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Hayden AI as the Vice President of Operations.
