Craig Driscoll

Growing up near Boston and close to the MIT/Kendall Square community, Craig developed a passion for technology and entrepreneurship early on. After college, he helped found an alternative energy company, worked at Fidelity Ventures, and led business development at a software startup in London.

Through these early experiences working with many pioneering entrepreneurs, Craig saw the impact of building exceptional teams. He decided that this was an invaluable skill and joined Korn/Ferry International as an executive recruiter. Craig led C-level searches at several top technology companies backed some of the best venture investors.

Craig originally joined Highland as Talent Partner where he led all talent and recruiting efforts for the firm. Working closely with his partners at Highland he helped build leadership teams at several of their fastest-growing portfolio companies across different sectors, stages and geographies. Their deep networks of the best talent coupled with a maniacal focus on helping companies harness this talent is a competitive weapon for Highland. Now as a Partner on Highland’s investment team, Craig experience building exceptional teams has never been more valuable.

Craig pursues investments in the Real Estate Technology, Future of Work and Education. He represent Highland on the boards of WhyHotel and Xometry. He is also actively involved with Catalant.
