Shantashree Kadam

Shantashree Kadam is an experienced professional in user experience design, currently serving as Vice President of User Experience at HDFC Bank since February 2020. Prior to this role, Shantashree held the position of User Experience Engineering Associate Manager at Accenture from December 2016 to February 2020. Shantashree's earlier career includes a significant tenure at Human Factors International (HFI) from October 2007 to November 2016, where Shantashree led the Centre of Excellence and specialized in visual design. Educationally, Shantashree holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Sir J. J. School of Arts, completed in 1998. Shantashree excels in creating user-centered design solutions, mentoring teams, and collaborating closely with project stakeholders to deliver interactive web applications.
