Eric Stangarone

Eric Stangarone currently serves as VP of Experience Design - Affluent Wealth at U.S. Bank since January 2024. Prior to this role, Eric held several senior positions at Bank of America, including SVP and Director of the XD Research and Innovation Lab, where leadership of a 23-member interdisciplinary team focused on delivering insights and solutions for 68 million customers. Eric has extensive experience as a Freelance Innovation and Strategy Consultant at ama insights + innovation, Director of Strategy at MO Studio, and Strategy Director at The Culinary Edge, among other roles. Eric began a career in innovation at IDEO and academic foundations as a research assistant at the University of Virginia, where a B.S. in Commerce with a focus on Marketing and Management was earned.
