Alexandra Zickermann

Alexandra Zickermann is an experienced mental health professional with a robust background in therapy and youth counseling. Currently serving as a Clinical Mental Health Therapist at Omni Mental Health since 2019 and as a School-Based Therapist at Headway Emotional Health Services, Alexandra has also held positions including Therapist/CTSS Worker at David Hoy & Associates and Special Education Program Assistant at Robbinsdale Area Schools. Prior roles include Youth Counselor at Catholic Charities of St. Paul and Minneapolis and various leadership positions in youth development with organizations such as the YMCA. Alexandra holds a Master’s Degree in Counseling and Psychological Services from St. Mary's University and a Bachelor of Arts in Youth Counseling and Advocacy from Metro State University. Proficient in de-escalation techniques, conflict resolution, and creating positive client relationships, Alexandra actively contributes to team initiatives while fostering youth development and emotional health.
