Simon Clarke

Simon Clarke has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Simon began their career as a Trainee at PwC before joining Colgate Palmolive as an Internal Audit Manager, where they conducted operational reviews across different regions.

Afterwards, Clarke joined SSL International and held various positions, including Commercial Projects Director and Finance Director for the Asia Pacific region. Simon managed finance teams across multiple locations and played a key role in restructuring projects and M&A activities.

Clarke then worked as a Director at Medeguide, an online doctor directory connecting patients and doctors globally. Following this, they served as a CFO and COO at Masters Speciality Pharma, overseeing commercial teams and operations in different regions.

In 2018, Clarke founded SC1 Consultancy, providing advisory services to small businesses, with a focus on finance function and strategy. Simon also worked closely with Healios Limited and Datapharm Limited.

Currently, Clarke is the CFO at Healios, a Health Tech company offering digital mental health treatments to the NHS in the UK and US.
