Alan Isaac

Alan Isaac has extensive experience in the healthcare and government sectors, currently serving as the Head of Enterprise Portfolio Office (Interim) at Te Whatu Ora Health New Zealand since August 2019. In this role, responsibilities include establishing and supporting the maturity of Portfolio, Programme, and Project Management (P3M), alongside developing national policies and frameworks. Alan's previous positions include Reporting Lead and Manager (Interim) within the Enterprise Portfolio Office, focusing on governance and strategic objectives. Prior to joining Te Whatu Ora, experience spans across the banking and IT consulting industries with roles in data integration, program management, and business consulting at notable organizations such as Absa Group, Sage Informatics, and IBM. Alan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Madras.
