Katie Conti

Katie Conti's work experience includes various roles in talent acquisition, resource management, and professional services operations. Katie is currently the Vice President Talent Acquisition at HealthEdge, where they have rebuilt the recruiting team and implemented processes to improve the candidate experience. Prior to that, they worked at Adobe as the Manager of the Resource Management Office, where they revamped the staffing workflow and managed a team of Resource Analysts. Katie also held positions at NantHealth and Oracle Corporation, where they were responsible for managing staffing and resources for professional services teams. Earlier in their career, they served as the Pension Dept Supervisor at the New England Teamsters and Trucking Industry Pension Fund.

Katie Conti obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology/English from the University of New Hampshire, graduating in 1999. In 2022, they obtained a certification as a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from the institution SHRM.
