Tara Heath

Tara Heath has a diverse work experience in the areas of operations, customer success, growth and marketing, and organisational development and learning.

In 2015, they began their career as Chief Operating Officer at Healthengine, where they were responsible for overseeing the operating functions of the business and translating the strategy into an operational plan. Tara then held the role of Chief Customer Officer, and later Head of Growth and Marketing, where they were responsible for leading B2C marketing initiatives and growing marketplace revenue. In 2017, they took on the role of Growth Marketing Manager, leading a team with a mix of skills including engineering, design, data scientists, product, and marketing.

Prior to Healthengine, Tara Heath worked at ENJO Pty Ltd from 2010-2015. Tara held the role of National Marketing and Brand Manager, leading a team of nine, and Senior Marketing Executive, where they were responsible for brand and campaign management across traditional and digital marketing channels.

Tara Heath began their career in 2006 at Creative Activation, where they held the roles of Organisational Development and Learning Manager- WA, National Program Manager, and Field Marketing Account Manager.

In 2004, they worked as a Sessional Academic at Curtin University of Technology, where they presented lectures, prepared tutorial content, and assisted with research requirements.

Tara Heath completed a Master of Commerce in Marketing at Curtin University from 2005 to 2007. In 2017 to 2018, they obtained a Diploma in Leadership and Management from the Future Institute of Western Australia. Tara also obtained a Bachelors Degree (1st Class Honors) in Marketing and Advertising from Curtin University from 2000 to 2004. In 2018, they attended Reforge for the Growth Series.
